We are excited to start our new school year. We would like to invite every parent to our PTA meetings and events. We would love your input into what activities you think would most benefit our children, families, and ultimately our community.

Thanks to everyone who helped with the Harvest Dinner and the Square Dance. A very special thanks goes out to Bridget Hoose and Deb Stocker who did a lot of kitchen duty! We are looking for people to make soups and stews for our teachers' lunch on parent conference day. Please contact Angi Cummings at angicummings@comcast.net or 875-5792 if you would like to help.
We are also launching a cookbook fundraiser and a basket raffle before the holidays. Look for more info to come! If you want to be involved please contact Angi Cummings, Tabitha Klezos, or Angelica Houghton for more details.
Our next meeting is Monday November 16th in the conference room. We will be discussing the Green Mountain Festival series, Cookbook and Raffle fundraisers, Movie night, and Joan Nagle, our new principal will give introduce herself to us and give us some of her background. Hope to see you there!

GARDEN COMMITTEE: If you are interested in helping with the garden, please contact Carrie King at 875-5153 or nigeldenali@yahoo.com. During the winter months, they are planning on what to grow, bake sale idea, water issues, etc. Please lend your opinions and your helping hands!
LUNCH ROOM VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We need people to help children make healthy choices and not waste food. If you can donate any of your time, it would be greatly appreciated. Please contact a member of the PTA or Jack Carroll to see how you can help.
CAES LIBRARY is now open Monday afternoons. Please drop in and check out some books for your family. It is a wonderful time of the year to gather around the fire and read together!
