Title I

I have been a Title 1 teacher at CAES for two years and enjoy the opportunity to offer extra support to students in both reading and math. This year I am teaching third grade. In the past, I have also been part of CAES’s summer tutoring program. Many of you know me as a teaching assistant who has worked at Chester-Andover “forever”.  For over ten years, I have assisted teachers at every grade level, in both regular and special education.

I grew up in Long Island, New York and received by B.S. in Education at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.  I moved to Vermont in the early seventies and it didn’t take long for me to feel at home in my adopted state.

I live in an old farmhouse in Windham with my husband and 19-year old, son, Michael, who currently attends GMUHS.  Our older son, Chris, has recently moved to Los Angeles, giving his parents an excuse to travel to the west coast more often!

I enjoy traveling, reading, gardening and golf.
